From my experience hearing voices is one way of the universe wanting one to make understand an important issue that should be solved and overcome as well a way to help you to develop your emerging talent.

How to deal with hearing nasty voices?

Do you hear scary voices? There are some voices that are healthy I believe and help you to live a safe, healthy life, you might develop a kind deep loving relationship with them over time, but there might be voices you do not need to live with.  You can learn to release them efficiently in safe, healthy, protected ways.

Here are three 3 tips:

(1) Never ever act on what a nasty, authoritarian voice is telling you

(2) Always keep control over your own voice, decide to keep your own voice deep loving, kind.

(3) keep yourself safe, protected. Decide you will never give control over your body, mind, soul away to anyone else. Decide to solve the issue.
